We at MaddJacks.com would like to help you prepare and plan when shopping with us. Please use the following tips to help plan you’re shopping better and relieve stress.

Processing

Please allow up to 48-72 hours processing your orders before shipping. Within this time frame, your order will either be processed to ship out or you will be notified of any issues regarding your order. Most orders will ship out 24-48 hours later and up to 72 hours for orders that need special attention such as payment and address verification.

Shipping Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order and that someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery. We do not require signature for all deliveries, however it is up to the delivery person to require a signature or not based on the delivery location. We cannot be responsible for packages delayed due to weather, incorrect package routing, incorrect addresses or if the receiver is not available upon delivery. If an order must be reshipped, a reshipping fee may apply.

At MaddJacks.com we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. Calculating out shipping rates is simple: for all 48 Contiguous United States orders over $500, UPS Ground shipping is free!

All Alpine products can only be sold & shipped within the United States only.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on MaddJacks.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m.(noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Please note:

• All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
• MaddJacks.com does not process orders during the weekend.
• MaddJacks.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
• Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number for any warranty product please call us at 760-317-0669 or you can fax us at 760-747-9920. In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the MaddJacks.com invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, MaddJacks.com will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts and documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by MaddJacks.com are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise. We do offer factory reconditioned items, the condition of those items are marked as factory reconditioned and they all offer a limited warranty.

MaddJacks.com will honor a full one year limited warranty on all brand new items.
All warranty claims must be made through MaddJacks.com customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact MaddJacks.com either by e-mail MaddJacks@MaddJacks.com, or by phone 760-317-0669.

All new products unless otherwise noted carry a one year limited warranty from MaddJacks.com, refurbished and open box products carry 90 days limited warranty. Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer.

MaddJacks.com warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.
The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
• Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused.

MaddJacks.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.

Blown, burned, and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered. Submitting any of the above will be considered out of warranty.

MaddJacks.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

Shipping costs to our company are the responsibility of the customer for repairing/replacing products under warranty.

Replacements are available for a limited number of manufacturers and are provided at the discretion of MaddJacks.com.

Dead on Arrival Claims:

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement or refund
• Professional installation receipt documentation is required for all dead on arrival claims.

Some manufacturer's have no replacement warranty and can only be sent for repair.

Terms & Conditions

Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of any map or direction presented on our website.

Damages

In no event shall MaddJacks.com, their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Order cancellations

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return. To cancel your order, please call our customer service department at 1-888-615-5663.
We will NOT cancel orders via email requests.
